KAAMSETU is a recruitment and consultancy platform that connects candidates with employers. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be interviewed, selected or offered a job, or that any employer will find a suitable candidate.

Where you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and keep your details up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• provide false, misleading or forged information or documents;
• post vacancies that are fake, discriminatory or unlawful;
• ask candidates for payments in the name of KAAMSETU, or in violation of the Candidate Fee Policy;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts or our systems;
• copy, scrape or misuse candidate or employer data; or
• use the website for harassment, abuse, defamation or any unlawful activity.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of the vacancies and company details they submit. KAAMSETU reviews vacancies before they go live, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing, and final hiring decisions rest with the employer.

The KAAMSETU name, logo, design and website content belong to KAAMSETU Fast Job Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the website.

The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, KAAMSETU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, or from decisions made by employers or candidates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or remove accounts, vacancies or access where these terms are breached or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this website applies to future use.
