1. Candidate Information

The candidate is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including personal details, educational qualifications, professional experience, documents, salary information and other information relevant to employment.

KAAMSETU may rely on the information provided by the candidate for recruitment purposes.

Providing false, misleading, forged or materially incomplete information may result in withdrawal of the recruitment opportunity or termination of the recruitment process.

2. Job Opportunities

KAAMSETU acts as a recruitment and consultancy intermediary connecting candidates with potential employers.

KAAMSETU does not guarantee that every candidate will receive an interview, selection, job offer or particular salary.

Final employment decisions are made by the respective employer or organisation.

3. Employment Relationship

Once selected and appointed, the employment relationship is primarily between the candidate and the respective employer.

Employment terms such as salary, working hours, designation, benefits, leave, probation, termination and other conditions are subject to the employer’s offer letter, employment agreement and applicable law.

4. Consultancy Fee

Where applicable, the consultancy fee will be disclosed to the candidate before the candidate proceeds with the relevant opportunity.

For applicable teaching-sector placements, the consultancy fee may be up to 10 days of salary plus applicable GST.

Healthcare, professional staffing and other specialised assignments may have different fee structures, which will be communicated separately.

No registration fee, CV-processing fee, interview fee or advance consultancy fee is payable merely for applying for or participating in the recruitment process.

5. Payment Timing

Where a consultancy fee is applicable, the standard payment obligation arises only after the candidate has joined the relevant employment and received their first salary.

Where applicable, the fee may be paid in 3–4 instalments or according to another payment schedule agreed with KAAMSETU.

8. Confidentiality

KAAMSETU will handle candidate information for legitimate recruitment, communication, employment-support and related business purposes in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy and law.

9. Candidate Communication

Candidates may receive calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails or other communications relating to job opportunities, recruitment updates, interviews, documentation, joining and applicable consultancy payments.

Candidates are responsible for keeping their contact information updated.

10. Unauthorised Payments

Candidates should not make any payment to an individual claiming to represent KAAMSETU unless the payment is authorised and communicated through KAAMSETU’s official process.

Any suspected unauthorised payment request should be reported to KAAMSETU immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

KAAMSETU may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in its services, processes or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version published on the website will apply to future recruitment activities, subject to applicable law.

12. Acceptance

By submitting an application, sharing information, participating in the recruitment process or accepting an opportunity through KAAMSETU, the candidate confirms that they have had an opportunity to read and understand these terms.
