Candidate Fee Policy

Candidates are not required to pay any fee for:

• Registration
• CV submission
• Job application
• Interview
• Interview scheduling
• CV processing
• Selection
• Job offer

No candidate is required to make an advance consultancy payment before joining the job and receiving their first salary.

Where a consultancy fee is applicable, the applicable amount and payment terms will be clearly communicated to the candidate before the candidate proceeds with the relevant opportunity.

The fee structure may vary depending on the sector, job profile, salary structure and assignment.

For applicable teaching-sector placements, the consultancy fee may be up to 10 days of the candidate’s salary plus applicable GST.

Different fee structures may apply to healthcare, professional staffing or other specialised recruitment assignments. The applicable fee will be communicated in advance.

The candidate is not required to pay the applicable consultancy fee before receiving their first salary.

Where applicable, the consultancy fee may be paid in 3–4 instalments, subject to the terms communicated by KAAMSETU.

In genuine circumstances, KAAMSETU may consider a reasonable alternative payment schedule on a case-by-case basis.

KAAMSETU does not intend to impose undisclosed consultancy charges on candidates. Candidates should rely only on the fee terms communicated through KAAMSETU’s official recruitment process.

If anyone claiming to represent KAAMSETU asks for an unauthorised payment, candidates should report the matter to KAAMSETU through the official contact details available on this website.
